Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy protects the confidentiality, integrity, availability and lawful operation of ISOweld.

1. Permitted use

Use ISOweld only for lawful, authorised internal business purposes and within assigned permissions.

2. Prohibited access

• Accessing another company’s records without authority.
• Credential theft, brute force, session hijacking or permission bypass.
• Malware, denial-of-service, malicious automation or destructive testing.
• Unauthorised security scanning or penetration testing.

3. Prohibited content

• False, backdated, fraudulent or misleading compliance evidence.
• Unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing or malicious material.
• Personal or sensitive information without authority.
• Copyrighted standards or documents without an appropriate licence.

4. AI use

AI must not fabricate records, impersonate a competent person or make unreviewed safety decisions.

5. Resource use

Do not scrape, overload, resell or bulk extract outside authorised export functions.

6. Credentials and devices

Protect credentials, use suitable device security and report compromise.

7. Enforcement

ISOweld may preserve logs, investigate and restrict access. Except in urgent cases, reasonable notice and an opportunity to respond will be provided.
