Controlled Beta Program Terms
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Operator: Damien Crane trading as ISOweld (ABN 50 803 660 487), New South Wales, Australia
These terms apply to organisations expressly participating in controlled beta or early-customer operation.
1. Purpose and nature
The beta supports real-world testing. Features may be incomplete, changed, interrupted or removed and do not prove production readiness.
2. Limits
ISOweld may limit companies, users, data, modules, integrations, storage and support.
3. Data suitability
Participants should minimise highly sensitive data and independently retain critical records until recovery and migration are proven.
4. Support and feedback
Direct onboarding may be offered. No fixed SLA applies. Feedback may be used to improve the service.
5. Fees and allowances
Beta pricing and allowances may change on reasonable notice without retrospective charging.
6. Incidents and exit
Participants must report security issues promptly. Either party may end participation on reasonable notice or immediately for serious risk.
7. Production transition
Production access may require updated terms, pricing and verified requirements.
8. Mandatory rights
Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
