Operator: Damien Crane trading as ISOweld (ABN 50 803 660 487), New South Wales, Australia
This Policy describes ISOweld’s security governance without claiming unverified certification.
1. Objectives
- Protect confidentiality, integrity and availability.
- Prevent cross-company access.
- Preserve traceability.
- Recover from faults and incidents.
2. Access
Use unique identities, least privilege, company scoping, admin separation and periodic review. MFA should be prioritised where supported.
3. Application security
Prepared statements, validation, output encoding, CSRF protection, secure sessions, authorisation checks, private files and logging are required development controls.
4. Secrets
Credentials and tokens must not be hardcoded in public files or source control and must be rotated after suspected exposure.
5. Infrastructure and encryption
Hosting limits, locations, backups and upgrade paths must be verified. Encryption claims must reflect actual provider and component configuration.
6. Testing
Tenant isolation, permissions, dependencies and vulnerabilities must be tested and evidence retained.
7. Backup and migration
Restore and clean-server migration tests are required. A backup is not proven until restoration succeeds.
8. Frameworks
The ASD Essential Eight is a useful baseline and ISO/IEC 27001 may guide future governance, but no certification or maturity level is claimed.
