End-User Licence Agreement

This EULA governs an individual Authorised User’s access and operates with the Customer Terms.

1. Licence

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right is granted for authorised internal use.

2. Conditions

• Use assigned credentials and permissions.
• Do not copy, resell, sublicense or interfere with ISOweld.
• Do not reverse engineer except where law gives a non-excludable right.
• Follow Customer instructions and the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. User content

Content remains owned by the Customer or lawful rights holder. The user must have authority to submit it.

4. Updates and termination

The hosted software may be updated. The licence ends when authority, employment or the Customer account ends.

5. Priority

The Customer Terms or a signed agreement prevails over a conflict.
