This Statement describes the intended ownership position and does not replace formal assignments or employment agreements.

1. ISOweld materials

Subject to third-party rights and written agreements, Damien Crane claims ownership of original source code, branding, workflows, layouts, documentation and templates.

2. Customer Data

Customers retain their lawful data and content.

3. Third-party materials

Libraries, APIs, fonts, standards and services remain under their own licences.

4. Standards copyright

ISO standards are copyrighted. ISOweld may refer to standard numbers but must not reproduce protected text without permission. See ISO standards.

5. Contributors and employment

Contributor work should be covered by written assignment or licence terms. Employer-time, systems, duties or confidential information may create ownership issues requiring legal advice.

6. Restructure

If ISOweld transfers to a company, source code, branding, domains, contracts and responsibilities must be formally transferred. See ASIC business structures.
