ISOweld may use external hosting, email, storage, AI, mapping, workflow and payment providers.

1. Provider categories

• Hosting, database, DNS, backups and email.
• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• OpenAI or another AI provider.
• Google Maps.
• ClickUp and WorkflowMax.
• Payment and monitoring providers if enabled.

2. Data sharing

Data may include account metadata, files, prompts, location, job references and technical logs, limited to feature needs.

3. Customer-controlled integrations

Customers control external tenancy permissions and retention; ISOweld controls integration logic and stored tokens.

4. Risks

Providers may experience outages, breaches, API changes, pricing changes or regional changes.

5. Assessment and change

Material providers should be assessed and recorded in the Subprocessor Register before or promptly after use.
